I used to have one of those Lidl thingies but a couple of years back while i was in PRACTIKER store i picked up a car 12V wet - dry vacoum cleaner with dual pump-suck outlets.The thing cost me about 20 euros but i ve used it so often from in-de-flating dinghie to drying the bilges etc.I expect that you can get one in any caravan store.

There was a very old and battered LVM pump onboard the yacht when I bought it, I have to be a bit careful as it falls apart if treated roughly but even so it is excellent at inflating the dinghy fast, although I do sometimes add a bit more air with the foootpump if expecting to be using the dinghy a lot.
I've also got a cheap yellow (Chinese?) pump which I use at home for blowing up paddling pools etc. but when I used that on the dinghy (at home when I first bought the dinghy) it took ages and still got it nowhere near a usable pressure so needed a lot more work with the footpump.
