There’s no reason it couldn’t be a 1Ah 230V battery but you’d still need to use an inverter to make it AC. Some of the Bluetti seem to be 30V internally from their specs.

I suppose not many appliances are "AC/DC" these days. Even for a simple heater+switch, the heater would not care, but the switch ratings are usually different for AC vs DC...

We are now fully up and running on all electric cooking. Gas has been removed completely. We have installed a Panasonic 4 way combi stove that is a convection oven, steamer, microwave and grill all in one. In addition we have a single ring induction hob mounted above the gimbaled stove and a second induction hob for use at anchor. Early days yet, but we will see how we get on
