Looks more like Dave Steward when returning to his boat Saturday.
I heard old Sad Ham is looking at a Pricess 435 on the Thames as he doesn`t fancy an apartment in Damascus or sharing a flat in Libya with old bin liner. Might consider Costa Dep Sol providing he can keep his family well oiled. Anyway according to his spokesman his winning the war,so he was just in Knightsbridge bringing his mountains to Mohammed.
