i’ve just replaced my D3CL with an Eber D2, i was concerned it would struggle to heat the boat but so far even in these cold months i’m impressed with the heat it’s putting out, i dropped down to a 60mm ducting and fully insulated it all with insulation bags and this makes all the difference. My boat is a moody 31 so probably similar in volume to your sadler, a 2kw heater maybe worth considering for your boat.

Too late I’m afraid - D4L changeover kit on its way. Still, “too hot” is a conjunction of words not known in my wife’s vocabulary.
