Eberspacher b3l ecu wanted

Hi as the title says I'm after a b3l ecu as mine has burnt out.
It's a 12v I'm after. I have heard that the diesel version (the d3l) ecu should also run this.
Not sure how true this is but I'd be interested to try it.
Any help would be appreciated

I'll have a look in my stores tomorrow for you, can you give the numbers off the old one, have you tried to unlock it first?

I'd be interested to watch what happens using the diesel ECU on a petrol heater too, but from a distance or a drone video. Or to put it another way...no, I really hope this is not for a boat.

I spoke to hills engineering in bristol and they say the b3l has no lock out on it. To reset it you just turn it off and press the reset button on top of the unit.
There are two numbers 5hb 003 125 14 and also 251484 50 00 00
