The hog roast is good, so is the paella, burgers ok and fish and chips, when you are there for 10 days you get to try them all, there's plenty to choose from but those are my preference

I stopped at the Banana Wharf restaurant in Port Hamble Marina yesterday.
I sat outside on the balcony (as I had the dog). Great views but service ****. Having retrieved a menu I discovered it was £11.50 for burger plus extra for cheese and bacon taking it to over £13.
A couple more minutes of no service and I decided to vote with my feet.
Stopped at the sandwich bar in the Hamble opposite the Victory PH. So glad I did. Much better. Spent half the price for excellent sandwich, dessert and coffee. Made very welcome.
