my vote for eating in Bembridge goes to Woodfords Butchers in the High street. Fantastic range of pies. Take one back to the boat and bung it in the oven

I see there was a review of 33 in a mobo mag on line -looks an interesting alternative to Ganders on the other side of the green where we were with friends who live in St. Helens which might be a more traditional establishment. Let me know thoughts on 33 as we might try in October/end Sept when next down on island.

The Cafe at the Duver Marina at the top of the pontoon is closed on Wednesdays!

Shes called "Tarlach Too". You probably wint see it though as we moor bow in. And will most likely be on the North side of the pontoon. She has a blue hull and fishing rods all over her !!

Clearly the cafe at top ofDuver marina is raking in too much money the rest of week . Sadly the food at Baywatch is a shadow of former offering but no doubt loads of money in the fare they now offer to passing trade. Sadly it doesn’t look like the weather will be as good ST840 as your last photos showed when we were enjoying a few days there-there seemed to be a lot of Hardy owners at Bembridge I noticed.

Atm sunny and 20deg for saturday next week. If that holds thats good enough for us!
was lovely last time but a tad windy which made the journey home interesting.

For us the wind was fine just wrong direction -someone forgot to move it to SW . Good news for next Saturday though as might be at SBS then if covid test is negative of course .

um. Update. Now coming Sunday lunchtime, so that's supper on Saturday night at 33 St Helens out as well. Ho hum. Still.... we're looking forward to our first visit Bembridge visit.That'd be grand
