Nope - even though their f-book / twatter feeds are more portable than your pic suggests... family don't even consider it a proper question until temp in double figures.

Yep, only motoring around the Hamble and then camping overnight on the boat. Was freezing but the children (4 and 2) loved it.

we delivered Tigger from Plymouth to Falmouth: it was blowing a little (F8 at times) and the seas were building to nasty and the air temp was ~4C but felt a lot less. Son (19) and daughter (10) were crewing: we made it, but it was pretty chilly....

Yup aged 7 and 5 delivery from Chichester to Hamble. Woke up with Chichester Marina coved in Ice but kids loved it. They even steered for a while , so apologies to anyone wondering about a boat with wandering course between Chichester and the Forts.

No, but the boat is not on the water. However, we did buy the little one a new life jacket.

Oh yes, and my crew, son aged 9 did me proud. Put the boat on our new mooring in Emsworth and spent 5 days around the harbour. Running out of gas, running aground, breaking bits in a force 6, Normal stuff. He froze on long rows ashore though, and my back is knackered, hence a wanted ad for an outboard.

We loved it though.
