East Coast sailing film/documentaries

Hi Neil

Have you looked at the Norfolk Wherrys?

Certainly better than that Belgian beer.

Thanks everyone, keep 'em coming.

MaxCampbell thanks for the link to the Colne Smacks, definitely one to follow (I think there's one in Tollesbury actually)

CliveG thanks will look at the wherry's too - the link to the trad boat page is a goldmine as it covers west country as well so ta v much for that.

Glayva great suggestion, perhaps one for the screening perhaps you could arrange a barrel or two...? :)

Cheers

Neil

Well, by way of an update, it's been an exciting week!

We now have an international distributer wanting to distribute the first 6 episodes on 3D blu-ray disc around the world, which is pretty exciting. Details still being thrashed out but looking good. They're also interested the 3D feature film...

Good responses back now from the people I've contacted about possible boats to film - my emails were going into spam folders! Always pays to follow up with a phone call...

YBW have kindly given me permission to post more widely about the whole project and I can also let everyone know about the funding side. We're going to put a crowd-funding style project together for the documentary series for anyone interested in helping out that way. We're also looking for private investors in the UK for both the documentary series and the sailing film. PM me if you'd like to know more about either.

Cheers!

Neil
