With the new season in view, perhaps its time to work up a list of the places on the East Coast that will be likely to provde a decent meal at the end of a days sail. Or provide some scope for diiffering opinions anyway.
Perhaps a rule that reponders can only nominate 2 places would be in order.
As a start:
Butt & Oyster/Maybush- I know they are now part of a 'chain', but they still have decent beer and food.
Shipwrights Ams, Hollowshore. Good beer, food. Just don't expect tolerance of kids, pets, wine drinkers. I'd hate to think of the fate of someone who aske for a 'Bacardi breezer'.
OK, I've broken my own rule by nominating 3, so shoot me.
