The East Anglian Film Archive is now on line - search for 'Boats' or a location - this is a good one on the Essex Coast. Worth a delve.

Thanks for that - brilliant way to spend some surfing time.

I met David Cleveland (retd director of the EAFA) once as I am on one of his films. (Electrification of the railway from Colchester to Norwich)
He was also the professor in the white coat on the childrens TV prog "Vision On" who did those paint trolley paintings on car parks - there, another useless fact for you
