Early Yamaha 40HP Electric - Spare Parts

Friend of mine has an old (late 1970's?) Yamaha outboard 40HP 2 stroke. The reverse lock is shot. Where the 2 outer heavy springs should fit the bracket has rusted away. Also the unit is twisted and the locking pawls are very worn. Just wondered if anyone knows a stockist of these old parts or even a secondhand parts dealer. See pic below.

He's been no slouch - Dany, in the parts dept, had replied (positively) by 09:30 today. I've sent a picture of the part and awaiting a price.
