Duvel....

Before you pur in the duvel flush it with realy cold streaming water from the tap untill your glass is full, empty your glass and fill it with Duvel, the nice white foam will have the finest & smallest bubbles you ever seen and this keeps the taste inside your Duvel (brewmaster's secrets...)

<<<so I can keep Full Circle appeased for at least a few more days yet!>>>

And just how are you going to do that, eh, eh??? Are you sharing it, or just saying, "Hmm, Jim, look, I am drinking Duvel wot I got in Belgium, and you aren't drinking any, cos you didn't get there". Fine mate you turn out to be!
Pound to a pinch of something smelly you wont have any left by the time I catch up with you again.
To use a Stella advert phrase...... Desolee!!!!!!

Get the right glass - the real Duvel glass - or if need be, a large wine tulip shaped glass out of the fridge. Rinse it. T
he right Duvel glass will play a strange trick as the bubbles will rise in a column from the bottom centre of the glass (still trying to figure that one out - long debates at the bar)
Open the botel, hold the glass in left hand, and in one swift movement, turn the bottle upside down into the glass. Hold the opening of the bottle into the foam to slow the outflow, so lift the bottle as the glass becomes full.
At the end, hold the hand around the bottle. This will slightly heat the gass inside, forcing the rest of the foam out of the bottle into the glass.
A Duvel should have a good head.

Gent can be accessed through the Westerschelde - Terneuzen - Gent. Masts can go up to Langerbrugge (10 km from centre), MoBos (lower than 5m20) can use the new (2005) marina in the heart of town.
