What formal qualification is needed to skipper *commercially* a Dutch registered sailboat ?

I am told they ask for a "stcw title", my question is: is an "RYA YM Offshore/ocean STCW endorsed" enough ? Or is it necessary to have an "MCA Master of Yacht 200" which has a lot more stringent STCW endorsement ?

Belgium for example accepts an RYA YM STCW endorsed, what about Holland ?

I do not speak nor understand one word of Dutch so any help appreciated, especially if anyone has a direct link to a Dutch Maritme authority page I could print..

regards
