When I got the booking for the D.B.A. for this weekend I automatically assumed the Dutch Barge Association so I was a little perplexed when Cruisers started arriving.

D.B.A. stands for Dutch Boat Association

DUH !

I would have assumed the same. Still you will be able moor more boats before breasting up.

Ohhh.....that explains a couple I saw going up through Sonning about 11am this morning.

One was a beautiful 40' wooden 'ship'....clearly and old one.... woman's name.....began with a C.....Celia.

BTW....I also found Dutch train tickets valid until the end of August at Sonning Lock earlier this week: if one of your visitors has lost tickets, they are with the lockie.

You can also tell them their emails to/from Rabobank which were presumably dropped at the same time have been shredded. No visible email address so I couldn't email them myself.
