If you needed to get a boat from Swansea to Jersey how would you get it there ? Boat is 25ft with 2xpetrol OB with a full tank of 500lt it has a range of approximately 150 miles in good conditions @ 30kts cruising.
Where would you plan to leave the UK coast from to head to Jersey and where would you make fuelling stops along the way? I reckon on allowing 2 days of favourable weather for this and about 1300lt of petrol.
An alternative may be to have it hauled/trailed to the South coast and drive from there ..... less than 1 tank of gas and it should be easier to pick a weather window. I'd probably visit the Isle of white and drop in on some folk on the way in this scenario too
If hauled can I get a single supplier to get it out of the water, onto a trailer (or flatbed) and put it in the water at destination port ? Any recommendations ?
