Dripless seal

I just changed my volvo dripless seal to one with a brass screw to put grease in and a plastic tube going above the waterline. How much grease do you put in ? I've read it can be overdone . The last one I just put a squeeze in twice a year.

Same as squirting in with the straw on the old type. Maybe 15-20mm out of the tube once a year
