Very interested in buying one of these, any owners on here with their thoughts good and bad. They don't to come up very often so I guess not many were sold in the uk.

Draco....Fine boats, If it is the 2700 I'm thinking of these were the pre cursor to them being absorbed by Windy. Check out the link and you will find all sorts of useful info, Had a '69 2000 DC until a couple of years ago. now upgraded to a Fjord

I have owned a 1987 2400 for 11 yrs now and its in perfect condition, the hulls are very well made and are great in the sea, only the interior dates them so I have completely refurbished mine inside and out and it looks in better condition than many of the newer boats we get in our workshop, rebuilt the 350 Magnum V8 last winter so its good for many years to come. I have a lot of experience with Dracos as I have re-engined over 25 of them of all models. The 2700 is a great boat and would be my next choice. If anyone needs info on the Horizonblue website translating to english just ask.

I remember the 2700, although never owned one. Slightly quirky looking boat but a very good one as I recall.

I own a 1989 2700 based in Chichester at Birdham Pool Marina for 4 years now but have both Volvo Penta AQ151 engines out of order. They were fine until I have started a full service as they were not serviced for some time. Now cannot start. I have been thinking for further solution whether to fit an Outboard engine/s and get rid of the originals. Cannot really find anyone to engage with this and sort it once for ever.
