Download link for PreAvis (PPF) form for Brest?

Can anyone please point me to the download link for the Brest PPF form? I’ve tried the obvious ones like the webpages of the marinas in Brest. So far, no luck.

Hi Graham,

Did you ever have any luck with this? Or could you provide your learnings from last year?

In the coming weeks, I'll be crossing in an Irish Vessel from Newlyn to Brest. Had hoped to stop in Ushant first, but looks like I need to go straight to Brest...
