Just seen on Chl 5 News, yes, I am the one who watches it,

a 'boat' that is the shape of a dolphin with a F15 canopy on it, for the new boy's toy for 2007!

Any one seen it, or now anything about it?

It looks great fun!

Probably could be sunk easily when offending an anchorage.

- Now look here officer, I really thought this was a terrorist attack so I just blew that thing out of the water... /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Now for HOW they are to be sunk?

Seriously, I guess they will have to solve the problem of the "driver" not being able to keep proper lookout when going submerged or on his back... they will probably ram something eventually, terrorists or not.

'I gotta get me one of these!'

Making them in a 'wide' fitting then are they??? /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Given the skills, consideration & knowledge of many jetskiers, and the probable appeal of these things to the same people, I fear for the future!

My only hope is that their range may be equally limited so I can keep away from them!

I was at Abermenai last summer when a jetski arrived from Caernarfon (about 2 miles away) they beached, got off & looked around for a full 30 seconds before getting back on, apparently dissapointed that there was "nothing there" and blasted straight back to Caernarfon. I spent a whole day there playing with my grand daughter, swimming, birdwatching & collecting half a bucket of tasty cockles. I couldn't help thinking they had missed the point of going to quiet anchorages!

Hey Al,

On a serious note, I would like to have a go on one, then hand it back.

I just would like to see what they're like.

Please pass on seasonal salutations to you and all.

Al & Tina. xxx

( Tina, in a bad way, BTW, been bed ridden for a couple of days, poor bugger can't walk!................Really bad back. ..............I'm getting away with murder /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

She can't catch me, and I can hear her trying to get out of bed!!!! )

Given that their website says they're not selling them - I don't think you need to start panicing just yet.

Oh dear nasty, please pass on felicitations. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Rumour is, that her back problem was caused by Tina having to keep picking you off the floor every 5 mins over Xmas!
