Does the Matsutec HP528A have the same footprint as the HP-33A?

Reason I ask is, I have bought one (HP528A) for Fairwinds (the Scottish boat) but only really need it for this Summer.

I would then like to bring it back to Portugal to replace the malfunctioning flush-fitted HP33A unit on Avy-J

Normally the manual will have a template / mounting dimensions / diagram ?

Just by looking at the shape online I wouldn't think so. 528 is more oblong than the 33A.

Just a comment ... often the numbers in a model name - indicates screen size .... or some dimension ..
