Does anyone sail out of the Humber?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone happen to sail out of the Humber, or other location at the top half of the country, and would be interested in having another set of hands on board for some day sailing?

I'm a tad out of the game when it comes to boats, having lived in Sheffield for too long. Even then it was MoBos.

However, I'm eager to learn, quick to learn, easy going and fancy trying my hand with sails to see if I get the bug.

I don't, but you might try visiting or contacting the Humber Yawl (Sailing) Club, who seemed a friendly bunch when I had brief contact a few years back, and have bases at Winteringham and Brough.
