Does anyone know who bought my boat?

Hi all, does anyone know who bought my previous boat a Sealine S37 Evenstar 3?

I am trying to contact them as the deal I had with the broker who brought and sold her was that the in the event of a certain sale price being reached the broker would pay me an additional sum.

To the best of my knowledge Evenstar 3 has been sold as the brokers Web site had the boast listed as such and is no longer on thier Web site.

Can you not find out from the broker? Surely you'll know how much it sold for when the dosh appears in your bank.

Sunseeker didn't buy my boat, twas another broker who have now been in touch with an update.

Wanted to verify via the sale price with the new owner

Agreement was that if the boat sold over a certain price they would pay me the difference

Andy why not just ask the broker for a copy of the sale if the boat has sold, if he is an honest person he wont have a problem with this surely if you both have that agreement regards the price

So Andy, what incentive would the broker have in selling over the limit? pride?

What a very odd business arrangement.
Why someone(broker)would agree to that is beyond me.

As previously stated, where's the incentive to ask for a higher price than you'd be willing to accept in the first place?
