Does anyone have any screws for a Lewmar Hatch Lid? (Lid Frame joining screws)

I have a Lewmar Low Profile Hatch and I need to replace the seal on the lid. A couple of the screws that hold the two sides of the lid together are seized and I need to drill out (the screw head is damaged as well). Does anyone have any spares? Thank you

If you can one out whole it will be easy to match up. I doubt they are unique.

The screws appear to be aluminium or a similar alloy, I guess to stop any form of reaction between the screw and the hatch material
I will try a local fastener supplier next week , but I am doubtful of success

There was me thinking Lewmar was a British organisation.

Aluminium nuts and bolts are common place in Australia, surely similar in the UK. They are not intended for application where they need to be tightened 'strongly'. There are ways of using stainless bolts in aluminium and minimising corrosion Tuf-Gel and Duralac come to mind - and stainless bolts are available in any hardware store. It maybe that Lewmar hatches are secured with 'interscrews' - again easily sourced.

I was about to change the seal on my Lewmar hatch. Before removing the hatch off the base I thought that I would see if all the screws same undone. Seven of 8 undid nicely. I cannot undo one of them. It is a stainless screw and not aluminium as I have put a lot of welly onto the head and the Philips shape is still there. I think that I too will have to drill out. I removed one of the other screws and have identical ones in my spares.

Mine are definitely not stainless, the heads were quite weak. My boat is 2001, so probably a 2000 hatch (mark 1, Lewmar Low Profile)
