Dock to dock auto-routing problem

I’m having a problem with my simrad navigation system
Does anyone know why when I enter my waypoint from hull Inverness it comes up with an error (dock to dock autorouting unsuccessful , System error message)
Has anyone have a idea why please ?

Not much to go on here. I'll start with suggesting that if you are using Navionics charts on your Simrad (I have the NSS Evo 3), your Navionics subscription has expired. Autorouting depends on an current sub.

I've just tested this route on the Web App, it works fine. One other thought is that you've not changed the default draft (10m) which woudl be impossible to get into Hull or Inverness and would be a major challenge in the N Sea...
