Do canopys shrink?

Thanks Gary - just had a look at their website.
Quite an ingenious array of clever tools.
I'd say you would do less damage to your canopy,
compared to the "hands-only" method.

pretty much but you do need to be careful not to put too much pressure on the popper with the tool, I did and the side window parted company with the canvas, doh! I don't use the tool now as I have pins on the new boat rather than poppers. A fella down the pontoon is borrowing it for the foreseeable as he really struggles to get the canopy on

The popper release tool is a good idea/invention Gary, they do get corroded up pretty easily and you end up wrecking the fastening.
I use a flat-blade screwdriver to prize tight poppers apart with a gentle twist, and give the internal part a tiny squirt of lanolin spray at the beginning of the season, particularly floor carpet fastenings/poppers.

Tried to adjust the canopy today.. No luck.. In fact I split the one window even more and some stitching broke.. Looking at it closely it looks like the bimini cover has been replaced at some point but not the rest.. The new bimini looks like its been made slightly too small so the zips look like they have been moved to try and fix it.. It didn't..

I know this is a vague question but on average what should I expect to pay for a full canopy replacement on a 25ft boat using the existing frame??
