DIY volvo penta instrument panel

So as I now understand it the alarm test button only tests the buzzer and not the bulbs, is this right?
Sorry but the boat is 90 miles away so I can't check for a few weeks, that said I have one panel here so could power it direct I guess.

Edit: Confirmed, took a grand total of 5 mins to power up a panel with alternator both grounded and then powered and I can confirm my circuit is working exactly the same as the volvo panel, no lights on test button just beep when alt powered, oil and water lights with beep when alternator grounded, sorted.
