DIY holding tank pump out ashore

Bought a new (to us) boat and berthed her ashore for the winter.

Dipped the holding tank - half full. No pump out facility and no cost effective option to get on the water for a few months.

I have power. Can I pump out (without getting covered) into another tank and discharge into the shoreside heads? Anyone tried this successfully?!

Should I just chuck a packet of Odourlos and some environment friendly antifreeze down the pump out tube and heads and wait until next season?

We used Owen Pugh - I jest not, they was round to pump out the tanks on site every week, belay that, they went down the hole a couple of years ago.
