Yup and a van driver copped himself a police caution for thieving three boxes of gloves out of the forecourt bins some years ago!

(one he might have got away with, raiding three separate dispensers was taking the mickey)

I never turn up the opportunity of free useful stuff. MacDonalds stirrers make good mixers for GRP resin and they don't seem bothered when I take a handful. I've never tried forecourt gloves for working in. They are certainly easy to get on/off but likewise don't fit very well.
For the second coat of antifouling, I'm going to wear an old pair of marigolds.

Not so much gloves as "vaguely hand-shaped plastic bags" though. I wouldn't like to try to lay up GRP in them.

I buy heavy duty washing up gloves (Tesco one's at least are black) a size smaller than I would normally use for extra "feel"...
