Display and buttons for magellan meridian color GPS receiver

Is there any chance to replace those things or should I buy a new GPS?

my meridian marine needed a new glass because of scratches. I contacted maellan with ref to a spare glass and they stated that they did not sell spares but I was welcome to send the unit to them for repair. Seemed like an open ended expense so resorted to using Tcut on the plastic screen. Worked a treat! If you can get the case open and access to the buttons you may find some kit at RS to make a repair.
