A call or an email from those who witnessed this would be a good idea. I'd hate the manager to get his rrrrrs kicked when he was only doing his best to help.I understand the staff at Mercury are under close scrutiny presently and recently some heads have rolled due to poor customer service. A call or email to MDL in this chap's favour may go down very well.
It would be nice to think they would support their Manager and politely advise the yacht owners concerned to make berth arrangements elsewhere.
