Dinghy/tender found adrift in Orwell

Found a large rowing dinghy this morning floating between SYH and Shotley. I towed it to my mooring and have stuck a poster up on notice board at Pin Mill. Like a damn fool I didn't think to check for a "tender to" sign on transom but my mate will be rowing past it shortly so will report back then.

This is a very nice tender, with an nice outboard on it, so I'm sure someone would love to be reunited with it. Hull is white, blue below waterline and I would say its about 11 or 12 ft long.
