Where and how do posters site their thin wire digital radio aerials inside their boats ?

I will be finding out in a few months time when I replace my old car stereo with something modern on board. I'm rather hoping that the existing wire I use will suffice.

I have a Philex 27741HS tucked out of sight in the back of the unit housing the stereo, gps, battery monitor etc. You wouldn't know it's there. Works perfectly.
