Thanks for that , I don’t see the first time I tried but I have just tried again to download and I’m told the file is too big? Well now time lost . I can’t put the photo on

Upload to IMGUR or similar photo host site and then post the link here.

Or take your photo - load into PAINT ... then reduce its size by maybe 50% .... save as a new photo - do not overwrite old photo .. try upload that.

Couple of times I have had siezed turbos, I bought the centre section (bearings and turbines) and re-assembled it with the end bits. Can't remember the cost, but reasonable. You need to find a turbo specialist.

He has 60 posts and 6 years on the site -that's not the issue.

As he reported. his file size is too large, and needs to reduce the size or quality of the photo.

Hi and good afternoon all. I have found a way of identifying the turbo using AI on google . It tells me that it is a Mitsubishi
tdo25l-05g ( hope I got the o,s and 0 correct)for a lombardini industrial engine . Specifically designed for a Lombardini LDW2004/T and 2204/T industrial engine . So I hopefully now have something to work with . So thanks very much for reading and reacting with all your help any suggestions .We have actually had the turbo repaired but the hot side with the pressure relief valve is seized and the turbo place has tried to free it but with no luck, so what we will need is a replacement hot end , or a complete new turbo , I will start looking now, but have to admit that most things that go right on a computer is more by good luck than tech savvy to me . So if anyone can still help in any way I will be most grateful. Thanks .Kieron

well i dont know anything about beeing a new member ,i have been posting for quite some time now ,but there was a hicup a while ago that took me a while to get past, as is said IT is not my strong point,i have just found out that our engine is an MT (m being marine which differs the turbo from the usual one used on the lombardi /T engines ie LAN2004/T hope it makes sence to most of you.

Sounds like the wastegate is jammed, bit surprized they couldn't free it.
