Details of anyone who can make a bush

I'm wanting a new stainless steel bush made for a boom fitting.
Can anyone furnish me with details of a person/company who could make one?

What size? I have a lathe and milling machine so should be able to knock one up for you.

I'm near Cockermouth and I have a lathe. If it's a relatively simple shape, I might be able to do one.
