Delaware registration - how to get radio licence and MMSI??

Does anyone know how to go about getting a ships radio licence and MMSI for a US state registered yacht owned by a corporation?

If the vessel is used only in the US and doesn’t visit foreign ports, you don’t need a license as such and can apply for a number from BoatUS. Otherwise, as I assume is the case here, you need to “File FCC Forms 159 and 605 with the FCC, through electronic filing in ULS”:

Thanks. That's very helpful. Would you happen to know if the application should be made by the corporation that owns and registered the boat or by the individual beneficial owner.

No idea. All I did was Google it ?

If it matters, maybe their form specifies? Or you can search up some other document that answers the question?
