De-winterising Yanmar 1GM10

Due to various reasons I did not winterise the engine this year and since this will be the first time I am doing it myself I am wondering if there is anything in particular that I should look out for or do.

I just got a Gib'Sea with a 1GM10 which had been winterised and all I had to do was pump out the anti-freeze.

Apparently other than checking the water trap for the diesel filter there's nothing else to do. According to the Yanmar book it is best to hold out the engine stop and turn over the engine for 5 seconds to allow the oil to circulate before the engine runs.
