Day Skipper Theory - online course

Can anyone recomend a Day Skipper theory course online? Everything reasonably local to me does not fit my schedule and I can't do a few day intense course at the moment.

Does anyone have any experience doing it this way or any recomendations.

I did a dayskipper theory course and examination by post a few years back with NMCS.(nmcs.org.uk ) Good course with good back up. You can go as fast or as slow as you like. It is different to doing a practical course as you have to get the answers exactly correct so they can see you have understood properly.

I haven’t done the DS but went straight for the coastal /offshore course. I used the no support course provided by http://www.centaursailing.com/ don’t be put off by the tacky website, the modules are far better presented and I recommend them. The course is complete on its own but Alison Noice’s “Yachtmaster” book complements it to give additional info and perspective.
