Bruce you cheeky Bigga I don’t have a problem with spending my pocket change, but I do have a problem with people that like to charge over inflated prices. For example, the last guy I spoke to wanted £650 to veneer my existing box !!
If a master craftsman can make something that looks like it came from a factory then I’d happily beat him down to a beer money price with chips thrown in !

I don’t know either because it was part of a whole load more work at the time including replacing a rotten transom, remodelling the anchor hole in the nose to take a bigger anchor, refitting all the windows after refurb and doing about 300 small repairs around the boat.

Paul is so busy that he picks his jobs. If you can get to the river Itchen he’s more likely to take it on because he flits from one boat to the next as stuff cures, he adjusts for weather etc.

Thanks for this contact. I’ve tried him and like most marine workers (in my experience) he was keen on initial contact and now fails to return contacts ! ??‍♂️
