I think I may have to write off this season!

So far I have spent one long weekend on the boat and that was at Easter. However I did have 3 weeks at sea in March / April with RNR and now looks like I am off with again from middle of next week almost until the end of July -well the pay's OK!

If you are in Brightlingsea, give Karouise a look over for me. Tell her I do love her really!!

I am not a boat driver I'd have you know!

I am training potential warfare officers in traditional navigational techniques and sea sense. In addition I have responsibility for task book of life skills ie how to pass safely though red light districts, find way back to ship when tired and emotional (officers do not get drunk!) etc.

They then go to BRNC and learn how to do it all again electronically!
