reminded me why I used to spend so much time on here

I'm a big fan of the humorous posts, and look forward to the next classic.

DAKA and Bay Gouys is certainly up there, and his constant stouches with the raggies I find amusing.

Watch out for henryf who posted a super funny classic (well I thought so) on a 'Wrightlink Ferry wash' issue, but I'm sure there is huge potential for much more fine work

BenJenBav is a constant supply of clever, witty humor, and its nice to see that unusual shade of purple appear on the left scrolling down the post replies, anticipating something funny.

Of course Kwacka never lets me down

You were completely correct on the dual battery charge thing but the guy with the VSR didn't want to know. Don't give up though - your efforts weren't wasted on the plenty of people who read your explanations and found them very clear and useful. And as for Mr VSR, he was some pixels, as someone said above

We missed you last week, we were on my favourite Champagne and Pomperdom beach (thats where I had the run in with the snake)

Good trip there, flat calm, had the opportunity to return in equally flat calm seas but the crew decided in favour of calling to see Bob (hes is well and Normans still plodding along
Came back pushed along on a spring tide, 5 on the nose and pleased to have a flybridge

Should be down Saturday, Indian ?

Not sure what to make of the posters who voted for lies but couldnt actually find one as an example to post but I expect its a sense of humour, as long as we are all laughing together and no one is getting upset thats all that matters

To be honest........

I dont try (possibly in my youth I deliberately returned fire) but I have matured somewhat since

I delete 7/10 drafts if I have doubts but have to accept that when I press the button on the remaining 3 which I consider 'raggie friendly' I still realize that they may flame up, could it be from some sort of revenge pact from the past ? its years since I posted anything that was controversial.

Was there ever an official outcome from the Cowes Roads ferry incident , if I was wrong on that then I should apologise even if it was a few years ago.

Fond memories. We are a bit hectic at the moment getting builders and plumbers sorted and are heading back down there this weekend. When we have some trades sorted we would love to go for a curry. We'll catch up in a few weeks.

There isnt always time, I post as I see it and get on with my work, check in an hour later with someone calling me a troll but often too busy and just let it go.

The col reg threads were 3 years ago now and I have matured somewhat since and learnt to avoid such threads or at least take some posters with a pinch of salt.
If you take out the daft replies from other posters, the Col reg threads included serious issues.

Anyway, I carefully worded my invitation to post suspect posts of mine in 'this forum' being the mobo section but seeing as no one has managed to highlight a possible lie I open the invitation to include Scuttleburks

Please choose anything I have posted ever that you feel is a lie and I will explain just how and why the post came about (note T&C above )
