D6 Outdrive Gear Selector Yolk Failure

The yolk on my starboard drive cracked. Looks like a fatigue mode failure. Causes the drive to stick in gear. Not very nice, as I was mooring up at the time. Has anyone experienced this fault? The parts are back order so I'm wondering if it's one of those phantom Volvo Penta defects.

Hi only come across this just last week, symptoms gave as a snagged cable, but its the linkage, yes def on back order, keypart had one in stock, you could also try coastal rides you might be lucky.

Yet another badly designed DPH part!.
