The heat exchangers on my D6, showing signs of weeping, white crusty build up, heard it is not uncommon, anyone else had this, was it a big job to cure or just the seals.

A common problem along with marine growth inside causing a blockage and partial overheating , answer is to remove and strip the coolers down to do a proper job, some on here clean with chemicals but you still need to replace all the o rings which means a strip down unless you just want to change the end caps o rings which can be done in situ.
