D4 heat exchangers leaking after overhaul....

These are your D4s, FP? I guess I have these on mine too, I'm going down there at the weekend I'll take a load of photos to figure out what's what and where it all is.

The forward plastic cover is distorted ,I’m just doing some now And always use a sealant even with new o rings as you can never tell if they wont leak when fitted back to the engine , your engineer should know better whoever he is .

Hi Paul...Looking at doing this job again on a D4 225. for the 3rd time! interested to learn which sealant you have found to be most effective.
