D3 engine and Raymarine Axiom

Does anyone have the Volvo D3 engine and has managed to sync the engines with the Raymarine Axiom engine data screen, I've tried but it keeps telling me not recognised

Have you tried a call to Raymarine Product support? I’ve always found them very helpful.

No not yet as it's bank holiday but may call them tomorrow just wondered if anyone on here had done it

I haven't I've only just bought the boat I was thinking it would already be set up but obviously not
