Custom Cover for My Ranieri Revolution 4.55

Your boat cover would definitely benefit from a few darts in the material where it is baggy as this is where water will gather and soon form Pools.
How will you access the rachet strap under motor whilst on water? Maybe better to move to side of boat.
If you paid someone for making the cover they have not done you any favours
The cover was made for my by my Brother in law and payment was very reasonable, he did it to my design. Both ratchet straps are easily accessible from the little sib tender. The 'ridge' strap makes a good slope as it is on the high console. I understand about pooling but I honestly don't think it will be an issue here...............

Good for you I’m all for a bit of diy. I had quotes ranging from £1100 to £1800 plus vat for replacement tonneau ! Used old cover as a template purchased pvc sheet from Attwools and new lift the dot fasteners all in £180. The pvc you can weld corners and glue on handles etc for straps.

I bought 2 big rubber ones but have not tried them yet. It was watching Jim Davidson in the Aquaholic review that I picked this up. Worth a try I thought they were only a few quid on Amazon

Here is the review it is somewhere in this vid.

Have not re watched it but did Jim not say it didn’t stop them?

@jfm
We have had a rubber snake on the coachroof for the last 2 years - seems to discourage them from landing on it. Have never heard those 'patter, patter' footsteps and almost no deposits.
Seems that they prefer to stand on the radar arch and deposit on the rear canopy.
