BERMUDA is closed.
MONTSERRAT has a mandatory 14 day quarantine.
MARTINIQUE will be closed to non-EU flagged vessels on Monday, March 23.
TURKS & CAICOS will be closed as of Tuesday, March 24.
GRENADA has checking in and out ONLY at Port Louis Marina. Any vessels that have been in Guadeloupe or Martinique within the last 15 days will be denied entry. Mandatory 2 week quarantine for new vessels. Stay on your boat...don't screw it up for everyone else. You must pre register with www.sailclear.com
ANTIGUA only has check in and health at Heritage Quay in St John's, you must pre register with www.eseaclear.com . See comments for a list of phone numbers. Apparently you can still check out at Jolly Harbour and English Harbour, but clearances will NOT be given to French islands.
ST KITTS Port Zante (including Marina), Deep Water Port (Bird Rock), Christophe Harbour and New Guinea (St. Kitts Marine Works). You must dock at one of these points of entry
NEVIS Charlestown Pier and Long Point Deep Water Port. You must dock at one of these points of entry
French islands are in lockdown mode. Checking in or out is problematic as the Clearance computers are affected by the lockdown.
SABA and STATIA are in lockdown.
PUERTO RICO is in lockdown. Ports are open.
USVI's, SVG, and DOMINICA no restrictions. Yet.
BERMUDA is closed to yachts.
BAHAMAS have banned all inter-island sailing, but borders are open (not if you've been in a banned country in the last 20 days)
Looking for confirmation for yachts for Guadeloupe and Barbados.
TransAtlantic crossings are risky. Check ahead.
Remember, anyone who has been to Europe, the US, China or Iran or any other hotbeds recently will be denied entrance pretty much anywhere.
If you are told to quarantine, don't mess around. You asked that country to take you in and trust you, it is now up to you to do your part. Fines and jail time are possible, never mind jeopardizing the health of those around you.
As things develop, add them to the comments, and they will be added to the next update.
I am trying my best to be up to date and accurate. If there is a mistake, be kind when you correct.
Changes are happening quickly, and generally not for the better. You are better off staying in a safe harbour.
