Plan is:
Tomorrow to Top end of Dartmouth
Sunday to River Yealm
Monday to Helford River
Tuesday to Scillies
Friday evening Leave for l'Aberwrac'h
Monday pm Morlaix
Tuesday stagger against the tide to Isle de Brehat area
Wednesday to Binic to meet up for club meal...
Early Thursday or even late Wednesday to St Malo for Fireworks (Bastille Day)
Friday Ilses Chausey and northwards to ???
Saturday to either Alderney, Ormonville or Cherbourg
Sunday back to Blighty..Might even be in time to enter the evening race in Christchurch bay!!
All subject to the vagaries of weather and possibly crew's ideas...

Listening out on 16 (No DSC wotever that is!)

We're off Monday towards Orkney . . . no hard and fast passage plans after catching the first of the flood out of Cuan and then up the Sound of Mull. Plan is to keep going as long as we can if we have a fair wind, pausing for tide / daylight through Kylerhea. However, if it's wet/grotty then no doubt the fleshposts of Balamory will suck us in or, failing that, the delights of the Old Forge Inn.

Will be trying to keep the blog up to date - having posted nothing since April!!

Look out for a Twister called Cabrach... He's staggering up from Portland for the "Malts rally" Mebbe he'll stagger a wee bit more on his return... Anyway I went 2 up to Spain with hima few years back and he's a good friend... If anyone sees him a hand of friendship would be appreciated. Allan Ward is his handle and he and his crew are significantly older than me So he just might appreciate a hand from the scuttling mob... Oh BTW they're both a bitty Mutt 'n Jeff so watch out if they're coming alongside wandering fenters are really an asset!!!

Do have a good trip.

Look out for a load of classic yachts heading for Perros on Monday 12th.
There are about 50+ of us racing from Dartmouth on the Sunday evening.

Mind you with the latest forcast I have seen (E 2mph) we may need all week to get there!
