Many ships are made in section like this so I don't see this being a safety issue.

Indeed very impressive, but I cant help but wonder if everything did fit, I wonder if there were a few pipes or things that were in one place on the original plans the that the new section was made to fit to, but when they cut it found that it didn't quite look like that...

Great video, and makes us realise how small an antifoul job most of us really have in comparison.
