Thats right Mike, I have one from 1971 but Neptune has been PP'd by the Captain, I agree they are lovely certs to have.

Must admit I'd forgotten all about it till this post came up. I'll see if I can dig it out next time I'm down there. It would be better off framed and hung on a bulkhead than left in a drawer. Mike.
